Making tanks mis target?

Is there a way you can make a tank mis its target, I can see in the unitfile that you can do this for the artillery, but when I try it with the tanks, it doesn't work.

I don't want the tank to miss all the time, but just some shots, for better realism...

It's not possible, C:P is not Blitzkrieg  smile But you can increase guns' loading time, it might be some kind of a simulation.

I have seen this in a CP I mod, the tanks mist sometimes, but I can't find that mod anymore...

Also I have alter my unitfile and set Direct Damage to 0 instead of 1 and now the tank misses, but seem to fire its projectile slower....

Yeah, the CP1 mod was about changing all guns to artillery type. I don't exactly remember now, but I think if you set direct damage and radius damage to 1, you get rockets-like shells that are faster than arty but slower than APs

About how to miss a target fireing with a tank: if a unit owned by player X is attacked, set cheat 2 (invincibility) for 3 sec, activated by a global variable runing betwen 1 to 4, and a number , let`s chose 1 to be active. That is possible in Joint Task Force game, made by Stormregion. I will make a map-test for me and I will introcuce that ideea in my maps too.
