phase one loading problems

| I have installed phase one and patch 1.1 on windows 7, but when i go to play the game it says please reboot your computer i have done this three times already.
anyone know how to fix this?

| Try running the game in compatibility mode for XP. And install the 1.21 patch from http://www.filefront.com/7878631....1-Patch
