I have windows 7 and I have to do this to almost all games and you must set in some games in compatibility you must do compatibility with windows xp in some games too.

I cannot complete instal of phase 1 as it tries to access the panzer.com link to check for upfates but i think that site must be gone. When i try top open the game from the DT icon it tells me i must have admin privelidge to open.....I am the ONLY user on my pc, there are no other non admin accounts!
I tried installing phase 2 thinking it may update and bypass issues on phase 1, but same problem, it close after checkin DiVx, then when i try to open it, it tells me i need admin prvelidges again!.
Sorry if it isn't the correct answer, I don't understund you very good, try if this works.
