Hello all!
I'm back from vacancies and found a lot of interesting news! Congrats for all! Following my conversion of the Luchs, I propose now a new collection of british tanks and vehicles for France 1944, beginning with M5 stuart, Sherman V and Sherman I C Firefly. Soon coming a map of Villers Bocage.

I have some more ideas: AA guns: American 90mm M1A1, Russian 85mm M1939 AA; AT guns: American 3 inch Gun M5; a big American SPG (M12 or M40 GMC).

Ok, I managed to make a model of 90mm M1, you can see it here. It's my first model, I'm really proud of it smile Can somebody now make a skin for it? I know nothing about skinning. And one more question... java4d doesn't seem to read the files I saved. How do I import the meshes and how can I make the gun rotate?

I don't think amphibias are possible in Panzers. But, if you change this line
Quote
Unit.Common.CanMoveOn_BM_EDGE_Flag = 0
to 1, you should be able to move them through fords.

I also didn't know. But I downloaded it and... just made the gun smile Tanks are less complex to make than artillery, I think you'd do it. By the way, do you think you could make a skin for my M1? I saw you skinning infantry...

Here's a 3DS file, I hope it's the proper one. Tell me if you need another extension.

Well Macer, I don't know how to open your file.... If I'm right, then I need to get the 3D studio program to open it. Where can I get this program?

What is a crack? angel

Well my campaign begins in 1940, so I say that you make the E or F version of the panzer 3. The J version was first being produced in 1941. smile

Hello all!! Don't worry about panzer III all versions, I have all of them. I just need time to make them all.I already put on line Panzer II E, F (early), and befehlspanzer III E, soon coming PzIII G (Afrika), PzIII H ( Afrika and europe). Concerning the tauchpanzer III, it needs only few details to be finalized. I'm currently working on a good panther ausf A and a good ausf G ( late and early) and a jagdpanther to replace the old models. I made also new buildings for France (Normandy).
But all of this takes a lot of time..
See you soon!

You can leave Tauchpanzer, I'm working on it. Might not be as marvellous as yours, but will be there.

Oh! PantherG, I need some hints! How can I connect all the objects in my gun into one? Boolean transformation A+B will take me ages, there must be another way. And how do I make the gun rotate?

I can only see a dumy for lifting the barrel in ge_flak 88_shield.4d, there seems to be nothing to rotate it...?

Hi again Macer! smile As you may have noticed, I have been absent for a few days. Thats because I have tried to learn the 3ds max program's skinning options. But I must simply say, that I don't know how to skin your model... I'm very sorry about that, but I can't understand how to do it. But I must say, that your model is very good inded! smile Fine details!

By the way, nice to hear that you will turn your attention into the North African campaign PantherG. happy I'm really looking forward to see your next piece of work!

Hi all!
I am currently working on a Normandy map: Villers Bocage.
It takes a long time because of the long historical research , and i had to make new buildings and accessories.
The buildings of the original game are excellent for Eastern Europe and Italy, but completely inadequate for France, Belgium and western theatre .
I made a wide collection of houses, some reskinned from the game, others adapted and converted from 1C. Also posters, panels, walls, roads..
I will soon upload everything .
Two pics of the new map.
