An MS DOS based program used to convert 4d files from Rush for Berlin to Codename PANZERS.

-- USING THE PROGRAM --
1. Copy the program to C:\Documents and Settings\*USERNAME*\ folder (WinXP) 2. Go to START>All Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt (WinXP) 3. Copy desired 4d files from Rush for Berlin to C:\Documents and Settings\*USERNAME* 4. In Command Prompt type: 4dconv *FILENAME.4d" (replace *FILENAME* with the copied 4d's filename). 5. When conversion finishes the converted file will be in the C:\Documents and Settings\*USERNAME*\ directory under the name FILENAME-new.4d.
