Panzer 2 Desert

The Panzerwerfer 42 had a complete makeover (new graphics, effects, sound effects, etc.). This is the Rush for Berlin version so it will need a new desert skin. I hope you'll take the job. Here is the tank in action.

Would have been great if you could upload or mail me all your desert skins so i can compare and get a consistent colorrange. I skin all my desert models in 2 versions. One with the ral 8000 and some with ral 8000 and ral 7008 which was the color the germans used in africa until early 42 when they change to ral 8020 and ral 7027. Check out the picture to see what i mean. Most units will have unit insignia from 15 Panzer Division with some units from the 21 Panzer Division and a few from the 501 scwere panzer abteilungen. The later is the one who got all the tigers 1 sent to africa. If you need any other unit insigna or balkenkreuts just let me know.

I did try the bmw in rfb and get the bike skin to work but not on the driver/gunner. They are just grey. Will try a bit more on that one.

Desert Skins

Will replace all balkenkreuts and stuff later when all the skins are done. Do you want me to skin the pziv from rfb or do we just use the phase 2 models for that one?? And what about the opel blitz medic from rfb.

The RfB version of the PzKpfw IV F2 will be used in the mod. Yea, you can also reskin the Opel Blitz Medic and worker versions of the truck.

Another German vehicle is included in the archive - Volkswagen T-166 Schwimmwagen, it also needs a desert skin.

everything i see in the pictures is copied from other existing mods for panzers the skins and the reflector in the pictures are made by triplexxx and me and it has nothing to do with a "phase three mod"

sorry but i dont understand the sense of the mod, many units of the unit packs dont work correctly the last winter skins are old and not very good....

First of all, only some parts from Ardennen, OMNI, Berlin '45, DAK mods are taken. Everything else is converted from RfB and modified by me. Since there isn't any way to convert your own made models, modifying is the only thing to do. The winter skins were taken from the Ardennen mod and were modified to have their own 4d files so they don't replace the original units. To make the unit packs work correctly you have to download the 0.2 patch. When they were converted I only knew the basics of CP2 modding. Anyway I have to agree with your point, the posted units are outdated and relatively worthless now. Because of this I decided to make this "Phase 3" mod that puts all the best creations together. However I don't see how this is interfering with your work. I am not taking any credit for your work.
