Codename: PANZERS Phase 3 is a modification/total conversion package for the RTS game Codename: PANZERS Phase 2™. It is only a modification package. So you will need the original game installed on your hard drive to apply it. The installation of it is fully automatic. You will only need to locate your version of PANZERS Phase 2.
Almost two years of work finally reached and important milestone which happens to be today. This is a compilation of work from various people (mentioned below) as it is a compilation of work made by me.

In this mod the following is included:
* More than 500* fully operable units (*mechanized units and infantry winter/camo skins included).
* Hundreds of new various objects and buildings to create maps.
* Modern and easy to use modding tools to create fully customizable units.
* New and realistic sound effects for the game's weapons and units.
* Updated graphical effects that add a more realistic touch to the game.
* Fully reworked game menu interfaces.
* Interactive and realistic unit information.
* 1 scenario with the new units, buildings and objects involved.
* Singleplayer and multiplayer modes.

I recommend that you divide the file and use another download site.

Yea, I know that the speed is a real pain. At the moment, Mirror 1 should be much faster. Dividing the install file might be the best option. I'll see what I can do.

Added:

I've just found a bug that could have caused the game to crash in some cases. It was to late for me to include it into the install, so you will have to download it separately. This download is a must. You can download the bugfix here or from the updated CP3 download page. This bug was my mistake, sorry for the inconvenience.

The installation program does not work !!!

Error message appears: "This file contains invalid data"

You might want to try re-downloading the file, something may have gotten corrupt during your download. The mirror 2 may have corrupted the file. In fact, I tested the installation program on three computers (XP, XP Pro and Vista) and it worked fine.

The file has been uploaded to MediaFire, so it should be easier and much faster for you to download it

Yes it is, because it's the same install only split. The bugfix is only 560KB and I would strongly advise you to install it before playing the game. I will also integrate this fix into the 1.1 version when it comes out. If you have anymore problems with the mod please notify me here.

The program is installed correctly but does not start.

Error message appears:

"Failed to start the application because the file " binkw32.dll" was not found."

The reinstallation does not solve the problem.

I have added the files "binkw32.dll" and "mss32.dll", but there is another fatal error message:

"SProperties::Load: Couldn´t open(Program Files/Panzer-Phase 2/Run/Keys0.ini). No Such file or directory"

I have added the files "Keys0.ini" and "Menu.ini", but there is another fatal error message:

"SMilesConcert::():3d sound provider (Miles Fast 2d posicional audio) initialization failed"

I do not know how to continue. I think I'll install the mod directly in the game to be run from "Panzer_Phase_2_mod" changing the path in "Game.ini"

Hey Lucas_de_Escola, good to know that the installation works. You probably have the Spanish version of the game. I'm unfamiliar with the file structure in the Spanish version, but I believe you don't have the "Run" folder. So this is what you should do:
1. Install the mod in an empty folder.
2. Move the contents of that empty folder to where your game.ini and all the original *.pak files are.
3. Then open the game.ini and change the locale from "en" to "spa".
This should solve the problem.

Hey Kristof, glad you like the mod. M10 Wolverine is not yet in the mod and will be released later. The upcoming update 1.1 will have a bunch of new units, objects and fixes.

I did that change your language settings in the archive "game.ini". But that does not solve the problem. The game is not executable from the icon "Panzer Phase 3".
However, the Mod works by adding it to the original game and changing the path in "Game.ini"

I have noticed some errors and lack of some units. I will make a list and I'll let you know.

This Mod is a great job. Thank you.

Update 1.1 for Phase 3 has been released
This recently released version adds 10 (separate skins count as units) more additional units, buildings, objects, water textures and so forth. It is strongly advised to download this update because it also fixes a lot of problems. I do not understand the meaning of the phrase. Could you put it another way?

-The unit Ge Sdkfz 7 has no engine sound.
-Most of the new guns can not be towed.
-The unit Ge SS mg42 Squad (1) produces a fatal error. Missing files 4D and PRV.
-The unit Ge Pak 40 has the files unit, 4d and DDS erroneous.
-I noticed the lack of unit Ge Panzer VI KingTiger Tripel XXX version.
-I noticed the lack of unit Ge Panzer VI Tiger Tripel XXX version.
-I noticed the lack of unit us m26 Pershing Old
-In the Polish unit Samochód Pancerny Wz 34, his shot does not cause damage.
-Among the human units, I noticed the lack of the French Legion.
